About Sayaka

Sayaka Ohashi is a lawyer based in Tokyo with over 15 years’ experience. She has worked in an international context at Anderson Mori and Tomotsune for 14 years and at Kotohira Partners for a year with a special focus on labor and employment. She has represented both employers and employees, including some major foreign corporations and foreign individuals residing in Japan.

She is fluent in English and provides services both in English and Japanese.  She is also an active member of the Legal Education Panel of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association, where she provides educational services to students. She is jovial, thoughtful and understanding, and enjoys being of assistance to someone. She loves going out to various places wearing kimono.
